Categories describe biological pathways, not proven benefits. Approval is specific to a product and indication.

READING THE EVIDENCE
LESS HYPE. MORE UNDERSTANDING.

Good questions deserve better evidence.

Explore the research behind the promise. Always with the source in sight.

OUR APPROACH

Evidence before enthusiasm.

Peptides are a diverse group of molecules. The question is not simply whether a peptide “works,” but which product, for which condition, in which people, and with what evidence.

How we classify the library

FDA-approved

An editorially selected medicine with an original product approval in the FDA snapshot. This does not cover all formulations, uses, or current availability.

In clinical trials

At least one matching study is registered with an active or planned status. Registration does not establish safety, effectiveness, or approval.

Research stage

A research compound or a medicine without a verified approval in the current snapshot. This is not a definitive finding of non-approval.

Cosmetic / topical

A topical cosmetic ingredient. Cosmetic use is distinct from drug approval and does not establish injectable safety.

Start with the primary source

We use OpenAI web research to find new candidates and FDA updates, then check ClinicalTrials.gov study records and the openFDA Drugs@FDA dataset. AI findings remain pending editorial review. Daily snapshots preserve the last good data if a source fails. New FDA records require editorial review; they do not activate purchasing.

Independence & future affiliate links

There are no active affiliate or purchasing links. Any future link will require a separate review of the exact approved product, its indication, the seller, prescription requirements, and the applicable jurisdiction, with a clear affiliate disclosure. An approval record alone will never activate a link.

This is an educational reference, not a systematic evidence review. Categories simplify navigation and do not describe all biological effects. Source coverage may be incomplete.
